Data Room — Admin
Manage files, grant investor access, and review the audit log.
How files get here
Drop files or the whole Data Room folder on the Upload tab — only changed files transfer, and tiers and descriptions are preserved. The CLI (./scripts/pe-sync.sh) still works and does the same thing plus AI indexing. Below you can set each file's tier, toggle downloadable vs view-only, archive obsolete files, or edit names and descriptions.
| File | Tier | Size | Type | Download | AI | Status | Updated |
|---|
Upload documents
Drop the whole Data Room folder here, or pick individual files. Only files whose contents have actually changed are uploaded — everything else is skipped, so re-dropping the full folder is cheap and safe. Tiers, descriptions and download settings are preserved when a file is replaced. New files arrive at Tier 3 (Subscription) and are not visible to basic-tier investors until you promote them on the Files tab.
Granting investor access
Every NDA-approved user already has Tier 1 (Basic) access — the teaser, deck, scenarios and index — without appearing in this list. The grants below are the exceptions: people raised above Tier 1. Revoking a grant returns them to Tier 1, it does not remove them from the data room; only the NDA gate does that. Revoking is instant, and PDFs are server-stamped with the investor's name and email on every view.
| User | Tier | Granted | Expires | Status | Notes |

Viewing engagement
Each row is a single PDF viewing session: who opened what, when, and how long they actively spent on it (tab-hidden time is excluded). Re-opens are counted separately. Sessions still in progress (where the viewer hasn't closed the file or left the page yet) are not shown — once their tab closes, they appear here.

Audit log
Every view, download, and access change is logged with IP, user-agent, and timestamp. The 200 most recent events are shown below.
