Hotels & Branded Residences

Port Elysium's hospitality strategy integrates three hotels (a principal five-star, and two four-star properties) with a network of HEA-licensed branded-residence clusters across the estate.

Each hotel anchors a themed residential precinct, extending government fiscal incentives directly to buyers, brands, and operators under the Hotels Encouragement Act.

The programme is led by WATG (master planning & design) and Akoya Hospitality (operations, brand engagement & asset management).
