Significant roles at Nomura International managing complex transactions including IPOs and rights issues. English-qualified lawyer.

Marketing Director
Over 30 years in international marketing across the UK, Australia, Middle East, and South Africa. Senior leadership at Ogilvy and Mather, M&C Saatchi, and The Plus Group. As Global ECD at The Plus Group, he led the NEOM account, Saudi Arabia's trillion-dollar giga-project. He grew the agency from 2,000 to 10,000 people. 97% pitch win rate across major accounts including FIFA World Cup Qatar, Adidas, and Qantas.

Social Media & Marketing Director
Performance marketing specialist with over 12 years scaling digital acquisition for high-growth e-commerce businesses. First marketing hire at SilkFred; he built the function from scratch, growing the team to 20+ specialists and contributing to over 500M in cumulative sales. Primary owner of Meta advertising as a key revenue driver. Prior career as an interest rate futures trader on LIFFE and CME exchanges.

Portfolio includes Royal Palaces, Paddington Basin, Chelsea Bridge Wharf, and Festival City developments in Dubai and Cairo. He managed the 1bn redevelopment of Union Station, Canada, for Carillion.

Construction Project Director
Over 40 years managing major projects across the UK, Caribbean, Middle East, and North America. Chartered Member of CIOB; Associate Member of RICS. Currently Director of Construction and Facilities at The Mustique Company Ltd. Directed reconstruction of Necker Island following Hurricane Irma. Led projects with values ranging from 5M to 3.75bn for Carillion, Mace International, Sandals Resorts, and Virgin Group.

Senior Project & Construction Manager
Over 17 years of international experience across hospitality, private, commercial, industrial, civil, and oil & gas sectors. Currently Senior Project Manager at Norstar Group Ltd (Turks & Caicos), overseeing the 30M Beach Enclave North Shore and 15M Villa Paradisa. Previously led the reconstruction of Necker Island luxury villas and Toronto's Union Station Revitalization for Carillion Canada.

Senior Construction Manager
Chartered Senior Project Manager with over three decades of leadership in construction and interior fit-out. Recent work includes Mas du Pastre in Provence, a SMART-building luxury residence, and the 58M Mahogany Hill gated resort in the Bahamas. Delivered landmark projects across Central London, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Australia. MCIOB chartered; NVQ Level 7; PMI certified.

ESG Board & Carbon Lead
Global sustainability leader, environmental economist, and UN World Youth Award winner. Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, mentored by Nobel Laureate Prof. Joseph Stiglitz and Prof. Jeffrey Sachs. Also holds an MPhil from LSE. Founded Worldview Impact Foundation and EcoFriend World, planting over 100 million mangrove trees across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Work backed by Dr. Jane Goodall and Dr. Sylvia Earle.

ESG Board & Marine Bioscience Lead
Professor Emeritus of Biology at the University of Miami. PhD in Marine Biology from Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UCSD. 45-year career as one of the foremost authorities on Caribbean marine and coastal ecosystems. Part of the movement establishing the 3,800-sq-mile Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Authored the Ecoregional Plan for the Bahamian Archipelago. Over 2,300 scholarly citations.

Permaculture Consultant
Qualified Permaculture Design Consultant and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant. As Waste-to-Wealth Manager at Soneva Resorts (Maldives), he designed a 25% increase in organic garden area using no-dig, raised-bed systems. He built a composting facility producing approximately 20,000 kg of new compost monthly and created a now-profitable programme selling produce back to the resort. Projects across Bali, Portugal, India, and Turkey.

Permaculture Design Consultant
Over 28 years of experience in sustainable food production, waste management, and regenerative land systems. Trained by Bill Mollison, co-founder of the Permaculture movement. Designed systems targeting 80% food self-sufficiency for Richard Branson's Necker Island. Principal operating executive: accountable for strategy, multi-round capital raises, government relations, luxury brand operator negotiations, and multi-business-line delivery. 15+ years at CEO/MD level on $500M+ mixed-use resort or island developments. Caribbean or SIDS experience essential.

Build the full financial infrastructure from scratch: multi-entity treasury, audit, SPV reporting, and FIDEA incentive administration across a Jersey HoldCo, Bahamas OpCo, and 13+ subsidiaries. Directly supports structured multi-round capital raise. ACA/ACCA/CPA required.
Urgent - Target: Month 0-1
Highest-priority hire. Every permit clock starts when this person starts: 6-12 month coastal and marina approvals cannot begin without this role. 10+ years managing large-scale permits in The Bahamas, including coastal construction, marina licensing, and subdivision approvals.
Critical - Target: Month 0-2
Owns political risk management, FIDEA incentive navigation, BIA sanctioning, and community engagement across Nassau and Long Island. 10+ years in government or public affairs in The Bahamas. Established contacts across both FNM and PLP administrations essential.
Critical - Target: Month 0-3
Manages all EIA processes, BEST Commission licensing, coastal development consent, and Verra VCS/CCB blue carbon certification. 5+ years managing EIAs for coastal or resort developments in The Bahamas or Caribbean. Marine biology background preferred.

Owns all legal matters across Jersey HoldCo, Bahamas OpCo, and multiple subsidiary entities: corporate governance, investor agreements, land purchase and subdivision, construction contracts, hotel operator management agreements, and FIDEA/BIA regulatory compliance. 10+ years qualified.
Medium Priority - Target: Month 3-6
Manages all LP communications, SDG impact reporting, blue carbon pipeline updates, quarterly financial reporting, data room administration, and fundraising support materials to institutional standard. 7+ years in IR, fund administration, or PE communications.
Planned - Target: Month 9-12
Full operational accountability for all 13 simultaneous business lines from construction handover through stabilised operations. 10+ years as COO/GM/Operations Director at resort, marina, or mixed-use development. Experience managing remote or island infrastructure essential.
