Four-seat autonomous buggies come to your door when you call them by app, residents can own their own buggy with Mobility looking after it, and the estate's work is done by electric utility buggies with swap-on bodies.
Port Elysium is a buggy estate, not a town. Its quiet roads are made from the estate's own limestone and shared by buggies, bikes and people on foot, with power, fibre and water laid in the same dig.
Mobility owns and runs the roads and the fleet together, earning from usage fees, the homeowners' levy, hotel contracts, bus fares, and vehicle sales and servicing.
Four-seat electric buggies called to your door by app.
Residents can buy a buggy from Mobility, with all maintenance covered by one monthly charge.
One electric chassis with swap-on bodies does the estate's work: cargo, tipper, waste, refrigerated and gardening.
Docked e-bikes, cruiser bikes and cargo e-bikes for deliveries.
Mobility's own air-conditioned buses meet arriving flights at Deadman's Cay.
Quiet, all-weather roads made from the island's own stone, with solar street lights.

The road network is designed once and built a neighbourhood at a time, just before its first homes. The fleet grows in small blocks (autonomous buggies, bikes, one utility vehicle, one bus at a time), ordered by simple rules that look ahead by each block's delivery time.
Equipment is bought direct at programme volume from whichever country gives the best overall deal, funded by the supplying country's export-credit agency; roads are built with our own plant and stone, and Mobility maintains every estate vehicle to one standard.
