The twin is built block by block: the first homes get a working control centre, and each new business plugs in through open interfaces when it opens, on one estate data model. The technology will keep changing; the principles will not.
One open platform on the island, built on open standards and re-tendered at each stage so the estate is not locked in to one vendor. Delivery partners, including a certified platform integrator and specialist replica, cybersecurity and instrument suppliers, will be selected in the full feasibility study, working alongside Port Elysium's own installation team.
